A Nursery nurses is someone who has gained a qualification after two years of childcare study working on practical hands on training and within the classroom. The Nursery nurse understands the importance of child development and learning through play. The Nursery nurse works with the children creating a stimulating and fun environment for the children to learn.

Nursery Assistants

A Nursery assistant works along the Nursery nurses within the childcare setting. A Nursery assistant is generally unqualified or NVQ level 2. They work with the children playing games and providing a fun, safe and enjoyable environment. A great number of nurseries offer on the job training.
